Mark Lockett is the founder of Avenue 44, a firm that specializes in providing business and personal coaching to professionals who desire to exceed their personal and professional goals.
Mark earned an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master's in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Mark has worked in the healthcare industry for the past 30 years. He has held leadership roles Sales Management, Marketing, as well as in Training and Development. During Mark's career in the healthcare industry, he has been recognized as a leader who excels as a coach, trainer, a developer of talent and a strategic leader.
Mark is certified in Integrity Coaching; a leadership development platform offered by Integrity Solutions® . Mark is also certified in Insights Discovery. Mark has trained Sales Leaders in the US, Europe and in Asia. Mark is known as an excellent public speaker.
Mark is a graduate of Coach University, the largest coach training organization in the world and is a member of the International Coaches Federation. Mark is recognized as a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation as he has earned the distinction of Associated Certified Coach (ACC). Mark is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Human Resource Leadership Forum and the Life Sciences Training and Educators Network, (L-TEN).
Mark is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at Babson College (graduate program) and is serving as an Executive Coach for The Partnership, Inc.
Mark served as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer County, NJ and is active in several other social organizations.
Mark was wed to Cassandra Lockett in 1991 and has two children, Mark, II, and Gabrielle.
